Responsibilities:
– Identify and qualify potential prospects through targeted research and proactive approaches.
– Conduct outbound calls and email communications to establish relationships with potential customers.
– Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads.
– Maintain accurate tracking of interactions in the CRM system.
– Contribute to the optimization of lead generation processes.
Qualifications:
– Previous successful experience as an SDR or similar sales role.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
– Working knowledge of CRM tools and an ability to learn new software quickly.
– Strong results orientation and ability to meet or exceed performance objectives.
